The apartments are cleaned before arrival and equipped with towels, linen and toiletries.

To finalize the reservation, the fee of one night’s stay is charged. This is done through a bank transfer and a member of staff will contact the guest in order to exchange bank details.
Guests are asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at the apartment. Here, guests will be met by a member of staff who will hand over the keys to the apartment and answer any questions the guests may have. After checking the condition of the apartment, the remaining amount of the total fee must be paid.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
