Short description : In the picturesque Kosherina site at the foot of the northern Pirin Mountains the luxurious and recently built Kosara Residence is located.
It is not far from the centre of Bansko and about 400 metres above the ski lift. Kosara Residence offers a spa centre, a ski wardrobe and transport to the ski lifts. You can unwind in the lobby bar or in your living room with a cosy fireplace and the latest amenities. The parking area has a 24-hour security surveillance.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
