Room Information : All these modern rooms consist of a private bathroom and kitchenette and bed linen, towels, and a morning sauna and swim are included in the room price.

Travel Information : From the airport, guests can take the Yellow Line Airport taxi to our hostel or the Finnair or regional transport bus number 615 Airport Bus to the Central Station.
From the Central Railway Station take tram 3T to Kauppakorkeakoulu. The tram turns to the right but keep on walking straight ahead. Turn left into Lapuankatu, walk straight ahead until Hietaniemenkatu where Hostel Academica is on the right.
Take the metro from Central Railway Station to Kamppi. Exit on the Runeberginkatu side and turn right. Hietaniemenkatu is on the left. Walk down the street and Hostel Academica is on the left, just before Mechelininkatu crossing.
From Katajanokka terminal take tram 2 or 4 to Aleksanterinkatu, in front of the Stockmann department store. Change to tram 3T and Kauppakorkeakoulut is the third from Stockmann. The tram turns to the right but keep on walking straight ahead. Turn left into Lapuankatu, walk straight ahead until Hietaniemenkatu where Hostel Academica is on the right.
From Olympia Terminal take tram 3T from the terminal to Kauppakorkeakoulut which is the 8th from the harbour. The tram turns to the right but keep on walking straight ahead. Turn left into Lapuankatu, walk straight ahead until Hietaniemenkatu where Hostel Academica is on the right.
From Länsisatama Western terminal and Central Bus Station take bus 15 to the central bus station, walk towards Kamppi metro station and behind the station turn right to the Runeberginkatu. Walk straight ahead, Hietaniemenkatu is on the left. Walk down the street and Hostel Academica is on the left, just before Mechelininkatu crossing.
Short description : Situated in the heart of Helsinki, Hostel Academica is just a short walk from Helsinki station and right next to the beautiful Hietaniemi beach.
Hostel Academica is also close to restaurants and cafes, nightclubs, shopping centres and beautiful green parks.
Guests can take advantage of a morning sauna and swim that are included in the room price.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
