All flats are spacious, bright and comfortable, ideal accommodation from which to base yourself in Edinburgh. The flats benefit from bathroom, large kitchen/dining room and living room - ideal for entertaining.

Please do not make your way to the property without collecting keys. Keys can be left in the property on departure.
Check in times are between 3pm - 8pm. If you arrive later, please get in contact with us to make alternative arrangements.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
