Hotel Information : All 4 apartments are set within a gorgeous Grade A listed townhouse. Our rates include fresh linen, towels, complementary toiletries and welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival. For stays over 7 nights a linen change is included.
For a small charge, we also offer additional servicing of the apartments which can be tailored to our guests requirements.
Guests can purchase breakfast packs delivered and hampers packed full of delicious Scottish produce, delivered to the door. A personal shopping service is also available meaning guests can arrive at the apartment with the larders stocked!
Region Information : Young Street is a delightful cobbled street tucked behind George Street. It is the perfect location for those who wish to stay in Edinburgh city centre and will suit tourists and business travelers alike. The shops, restaurants and nightlife of George Street and the west end of Edinburgh are only minutes walk away. Waverley station is a 15 minute walk and the apartments are only a 5 minute walk from a drop off point of the shuttle bus servicing Edinburgh International Airport.

Important Information : We require a £200 refundable security deposit per apartment. This is refunded within 7 working days of the end of your stay.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
