The fully equipped guest rooms consist of an en suite bathroom and shower, a Bang & Olufsen TV and are simply furnished with modern Swedish furniture.
Each reservation includes a complimentary breakfast at a bakery across the street, according to the locals, the best in down town Malmö.

The hotel currently consists of 8 hotel rooms. Most of the rooms have en suite bathroom and shower, the remaining rooms have conveniently located shared bath and shower facilities.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
