Short description : Hotel Elit 3 is strategically located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 1.5 km away from the resort centre, 5 km away from Nessebar and 25 km away from Bourgas.
It is a calm and quiet place on the bank of a small river, only a 10-minute walk from the beach - an ideal location for a family holiday but yet pretty close to the heart of the resort with its famous night life. The spacious and fully-furnished apartments, the enormous and crystal-clear pool, the friendly and considerate staff offer an excellent value for your money.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
