Important Information : Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property’s staff will then meet guests at their apartment to hand over the keys.
A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked.
In the event that guests book more than 2 apartments in the same reservation, a prepayment of EUR 250 will be required. Once the booking has been made, a representative of the apartments will contact guests to arrange the payment.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
