Region Information : These apartments are all situated in the city centre. The apartments around Plaza Catalunya and within the Gothic Quarter enjoy an excellent location within walking distance of the famous Las Ramblas, the Cathedral and trendy, wide avenue of Passeig de Gracia.
There are also apartments located in the traditional, fishing neighbourhood of La Barceloneta - set next to the beach.

For those that choose an apartment in the Barceloneta neighbourhood of the city, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of the beach area and sample the tasty seafood and tapas in one the numerous restaurants.
Important Information : Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. Upon arrival, guests should phone the hotel to coordinate the delivery of keys.
A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. A cleaning fee of EUR 50 must also be paid at check-in.
Those arriving after 20.00, or leaving before 09.00 will be subject to a EUR 30 surcharge.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
