Region Information : The apartments are located at Princes Dock, on the banks of the River Mersey and within minutes' walk of all that the city has to offer. Local attractions include the World Heritage Site, home to the Royal Liver, Cunard and Port of Liverpool Buildings, also known as The Three Graces. Just a short walk away you will find the Grade I listed Albert Dock, home to the Tate Modern and a wide range of upmarket shops, bars, and restaurants.
Other local attractions include Liverpool One, the city’s newest shopping district; 2 magnificent cathedrals; and Matthew Street, the home of the Beatles, and more museums and galleries than in any other location in the UK outside of London.
The apartments are located 5 minutes by taxi from Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station, and just 15 minutes from Liverpool John Lennon International Airport. Access to the main cross-country motorway networks is also under 15 minutes’ drive away.
Important Information : Guests at Urban Chic Apartments must call in to the office at: 24 Cornwallis Court, 9 Cornwallis Street, Liverpool, L1 5EL in order to collect keys. Depending on the time of arrival, key collection can also be arranged at the building, subject to a small extra charge.
Please note that Urban Chic Apartments reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards prior to arrival. Failure to provide a valid credit card or to have sufficient available funds on your card when the card is preauthorised will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
