A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit must be made in cash and will be returned upon departure when the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
