Hotel Information : They offer three, four and five bedroom Orlando-area homes as well as three, and four bedroom condominium/townhomes. They feature private backyard screened-in pools and two-car garages. Fully equipped kitchens feature microwave ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and coffeemakers. Televisions with cable channels are included. All homes contain washers and dryers. Towels and linens are provided.
They range in size from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. With the extra space, privacy and convenience provided by vacation homes, Homes4uu Rentals appeals to families, groups and couples seeking all the comforts of home in an Orlando neighborhood.
Room Information : All Orlando vacation homes are beautifully decorated and exquisitely maintained and include your very own private backyard swimming pool.
Short description : Homes4uu vacation rentals offers fully furnished private pool homes and condominium/townhomes located seven to twelve minutes from Walt Disney World Resort area. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are within 15 miles of the vacation homes. Grocery shopping and restaurants are minutes away from all homes.

Homes4uu will forward appropriate directions generally two weeks prior to arrival.
Homes4uu will direct all guests to appropriate office/home for registration.
There is a USD 150 fee for pets.
There is a USD 45 charge per stay when using a television or highchair.
There is a USD 35/Day 175/Week for electric pool heat.
There is a USD cleaning fee and those rates vary depending on nights stayed and type of accommodation.
Any misc items such as pool heat, barbeque's etc, will need to be paid along with the final payment 14 days prior to arrival. All items subject to appropriate taxes.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged USD 45.00 per stay in a baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged USD 45.00 per stay for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
A fixed amount of USD 250 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
