Short description : The Premium Apartment House is the ideal place for those guests who want to be far from the noise of the city, yet close to the hustle and bustle of Budapest.
It is located on the Pest side of the city, in the middle of the 13th district, and is ideally suited for business and leisure travellers alike. You can get to the centre of the city in 6-8 minutes. There are 133 fully equipped, air-conditioned studio apartments with an American-style kitchen in the building. We also offer hotel and wellness services for our guests. Smaller seminar rooms can be found upstairs in the house and are at our guests' disposal. Furthermore you can find a large conference room suitable for up to 200 people, which can also be separated. This conference room is equipped with its own state-of-the-art video and sound system.
Food & Beverages : In the Premium Café you can find coffee and cappucino specialities, soft drinks, cakes, and strudels. Our guests have the opportunity to order half- and full-board service, which has to be paid extra.
Travel Information : You can get to the centre of the city in 6-8 minutes with the tram nr. 14. The tram stop is located 300 metres away from the apartment house.
Important Information : Please note that late check-in and early check-out is possible. Please be so kind and inform the hotel in case you want to take advantage of this.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
