Hotel Information : The building is approximately six years old, and is fully owned by one individual therefor it has always been well maintained to the highest of
standards.
Whilst the building is located in such an wonderfully close position, it still enjoys peace and privacy.
Room Information : Each apartment has two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes, each with a king size bed that can be separated into 2 x single beds (4 x singles in total).
Each apartment also has two large bathrooms, one with a full size bathtub and twin sinks. All bathrooms have beautiful Molton Brown Bath and Body Products and are fully supplied with towels and a hairdryer.
The lounge, dining and kitchen are an enormous open plan space with fresh white walls, 3 meter high ceilings, polished American Oak timber floors and plenty of natural sunlight.
Leading from the lounge area is a spacious outdoor terrace which peeks through to Bondi Beach and the neighbouring park. A fabulous L shaped outdoor lounge setting makes this a perfect spot for relaxation
Kitchens are fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven & cooktop. All cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and crockery is supplied, as well as detergents and tea towels.
Living room furniture is modern minimalist with beautiful Knoll marble dining table, bertoia wire chairs, sleek lounges and armchairs and not forgetting the 42" LCD TV, DVD player and CD stereo.
There is also a laundry with top loader washing machine and detergent is provided.
Complimentary 512k broadband internet and complimentary local phone calls are an additional bonus.
All sheets, bed linen and towels are provided. Molton Brown Bath and Body Products and toilet tissues are also provided as well as dish detergents, liquid soaps and tea towels.
Housekeeping attends to apartments where bookings are longer than seven days in length, taking about two hours to fully clean your apartment, they will also change all bed linens and towels and restock supplies. Attendance times will be arranged as per each booking.
Food & Beverages : There are many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores are located less than 5 minutes walk away. There are no restaurant facilities on site or room service available.
Region Information : These apartments are located at the south end of Bondi Beach and are only a stones throw from the beach and Bondi Beach shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The world famous Bondi to Bronte Coastal walk is loacted three dors down, and is THE MUST DO Activity when you visit Bondi Beach, or even Sydney.
These exclusive apartments are truly THE perfect loaction for accessing the beach each morning, and an enviable position for not just holiday makers, but the envy of Sydney siders as well, throughout the fabulous summer months and the beautiful sunny winter weather we have come to enjoy here in sunny Sydney.
Travel Information : Sandridge Street can be accessed by car or bus.
To get to sandridge street by car, drive along Bondi Road until you reach the very bottom end near the bech, and just before the road curves around to the left to become campbell parade the street off to the right is Sandridge Street. The apartments are the third block on the left hand sidde of this street.

Important Information : These apartments form part of a small block of three exclusive apartments in Bondi Beach. There is no on site reception or check infacilities therefor guests are met by appointment. It is essential that a valid email address and telephone number is provided at the time of booking so management can arrange a suitable check in time based on your expected arrival times.
Cancelation Policy : A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required at th etim eof booking, in order to confirm the reservation.
All standard bookings carry a 21 day cancelation policy. Bookings can be cancelled up to 21 days from the day of arrival and all deposits will be refunded. if a booking is cancelled with 21 days notice or less from arrival date then the deposit is reatined as a cancelation fee.
Bookings which fall on a special event period including Christmas, New Years Eve and Mardi Gras, require full payment at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Children are considered to be guests aged between 3 and 12 years. Children form part of the maximum occupancy number for each apartment.
Children and babies are welcome at all our properties.
babies are not counted as paret of the maximum apartment occupancy and stay free.
There are baby cots and high chairs available for use which are free of charge.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
