Short description : Our hotel of charm, 3 Michelin Houses for 7 years, is the only 3 stars hotel located on the seafront of St Servan.
It overlooks the port of Bas Sablons and skirt the dam until the ramparts of saint-malo and the historical centre, just 10-minutes walking from the hotel.
From you terrace or balcony, you will enjoy the breathtaking view on the marina, the Cezembre Island, the bay of Saint-Malo and the old city.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
