Room Information : All our rooms are new or recently refurbished and offer every comfort. They are all between 20 and 35 m², and most have a balcony with wonderful views of the lake and the mountains.
You have a choice of either category I and category II rooms (the former being slightly smaller, the latter being slightly larger and offering a balcony).
Region Information : Our central location right in the heart of the Europa Sport Region makes us an ideal starting point for all your activities.
We are only 2 minutes away from the lake and the town centre. In summer numerous walking paths and bike trails start at our doorstep. In addition, we are pleased to be able to offer you a 30% reduction in green fees at both 18-hole golf courses in Zell am See and further reductions at other courses in the area through the Golf-Alpin-Card.
In winter we are right at the slopes - you don’t need a ski bus and you have a free and secure parking space right in front of the house.
Travel Information : By train:
Exit the ticket hall of the train station, turn left and walk up the small hill. At the crossroads, cross straight over onto Skiliftstrasse and we are directly ahead on the left. It is only a 2-minute walk.

The centre of town, Lake Zell, the walking paths and the ski lifts can be reached within a few minutes’ walk. Our family-run bed and breakfast is a true treasure with its romantic and sophisticated country-house atmosphere - ideal to relax and recharge your batteries. Enjoy our comfort in a homelike, harmonic ambience. We also offer plenty of parking spaces free of charge.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 6 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One child from 11 to 14 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 85 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
