Hotel Information : Media City Apartments are located in a quiet residential development in the beautiful waterside location of Salford Quays in Manchester. As this is a residential development, no hotel facilities are available on-site, however, a wealth of amenities are available on the doorstep including restaurants, bars, cultural attractions, entertainment and a fully equipped gym/ spa. The apartments also benefit from a 24 hour on-site concierge to advise and assist with any aspect of your stay.
Region Information : Salford Quays is a fantastic waterside district on the outskirts of Manchester, only a five minute drive from the heart of the city. Known as 'The Docklands of the North', this newly developed area has plenty to offer including some of the greatest tourist attractions in the North West including Manchester United Football Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, The Lowry Theatre & Art Gallery and The Imperial War Museum, not to mention the city centre offerings. The Quays are situated only two minutes from the M602 motorway, ten minutes from Piccadilly Station and fifteen minutes from Manchester International Airport so it benefits from excellent road, rail and air links for commuters to the city. The thriving business district of Trafford Park is only a stone's throw away whilst the quays plays host to Media City - the new home of the BBC - from 2009 onwards so this is the perfect location for both corporate and leisure travellers alike.
Room Information : These luxury waterside apartments offer spacious, open plan living with a large lounge, dining and kitchen area. They benefit from a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom, communal bathroom, reception hallway, external balcony, underfloor heating throughout and a secure internal car parking space. Fully equipped with flatscreen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi broadband... not to mention the stylish furnishings!
Travel Information : Salford Quays is only a five minute journey by car from Manchester City Centre and two minutes from the end of the M602 motorway (junction 3). Piccadilly and Victoria Train Stations are the main rail links within Manchester City Centre and Manchester International Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car. The Metrolink tram service operates from right outside the door at Anchorage Quay, providing routes throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas. A comprehensive set of directions and route map will be provided via e-mail upon receipt of booking.
Important Information : City Centre Chic primarily cater for corporate guests and city visitors. We do not tolerate parties, stag or hen nights or weekend revellers. Additional persons attempting to visit the apartment, other than on a corporate basis, will not be granted access.
City Centre Chic retain the right to impose a £50 surcharge for cleaning services if the apartment has been left in, what is considered to be, an ‘unacceptable state of cleanliness’. This charge shall be imposed at our discretion. Children under the age of 16 may be allowed by prior arrangement.
All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1.5% handling fee over and above the published rate. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided when booking shortly after your stay.
A full itinerary, a map with comprehensive directions and confirmation of the booking will be provided via e-mail upon receipt of the booking from Booking.com.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
