Renting an apartment-hotel means the benefit of more space than you would have if you had stayed in a traditional hotel room, and at a lower cost too. You will be able to enjoy your vacation with more freedom and comfort. You will also be able to invite your friends over, just like at home, prepare dinner, work comfortably or to use your stay to relax.
Our apartments are located in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements of
Paris. Our staff speaks English, Spanish, German and of course French.

You will pick-up your keys in our office located 236, rue Saint Martin in the third district of Paris. A member of our team will then walk you to the Apartment.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
