Hotel Information : The building was carefully restored and refurbished and still features original period elements, like a splendid winding staircase in stone, high wooden ceilings and panoramic windows. It was also equipped with a small but useful lift.
Short description : Palazzo Olivia provides apartment accommodation in a recently renovated 17th century building set in the historic heart of the Eternal City, near Piazza Navona and other famous landmarks of Rome.
The establishment is comprised of one and 2-bedroom apartments, suitable fro 4 to 6 guests, equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. They are ideal to enjoy a short stay in Rome with the autonomy and independence of a home from home lodging.
In the mornings Palazzo Olivia also offers office services at the reception, where the staff will be pleased to provide directions, suggestions and support to enjoy a beautiful and entertetaining Roman holiday.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancellation takes place:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival, only 30% deposit is due;
Less than 30 days prior arrival total rental fee is due.
In the unlikely event that it becomes practically impossible, for any reason, to deliver the chosen apartment, the client will be informed as soon as possible and a similar apartment to the one already booked will be made available by Palazzo Olivia to the client. Should another similar apartment not be available or should the client refuse the proposed change, the booking will be cancelled and the client be entitled to refund by Palazzo Olivia of all monies paid with no other liability.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
