Very close to York Minster and all main attractions whilst enjoying a quiet position down a side road.Privately owned by Julie Thomson who ensures a warm Yorkshire welcome serving local food and local award winning beers.All rooms are en suite and individually designed. They are equipped with modern facilities and some rooms have views of the Minster.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 6 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
