Hotel Information : The hotel complex consists of 2 parts - the hotel part which consists of 197 rooms and suites and the Apart Hotel which consists of 248 apartments.
The hotel provides a range of facilities and amenities such as a business centre, a grand ballroom for 350 guests, 2 business meeting rooms for 35 people each, 9 different types of restaurants and bars, a spa centre offering more than 100 treatments and a variety of saunas and steam baths (Finnish, classical, Russian, Turkish bath with hammam, aromatic salt steam bath, a Rassoul cabin, a relaxation and a massage lounge), 3 swimming pools, a fitness centre, a tennis court, medical services, a kindergarten with animation, Internet games, table tennis and billiards and much more.

Region Information : Bansko is Bulgaria's top and most modern ski resort, offering the longest ski season of all Bulgarian resorts from 15 December until 15 May. During the last couple of years massive investments were made in infrastructure and ski facilities. Combined with the unique architecture and the historical significance of the town makes it one of the favourite places for skiing in Europe.
The town of Bansko is located at 925 metres above sea level with the skiing area situated between 2000 and 2600 metres. It is situated on the north-eastern foothills of the Pirin mountain range, right below the highest and most beautiful part. Its name comes from the old Bulgarian word 'ban', meaning 'master'. It is just 160 km away from the capital Sofia and 6 km from Razlog.
The highest peak in the area is the Vihren (2914 metres). The ski runs are located in 2 main ski centres - Chalin Valog (1100-1600 metres) and Shiligarnika (1700 - 2500 metres). They are situated approximately 10 km above the town on the northern slopes of the Pirin and are easily accessible within 25 minutes via the new gondola lift which starts from Bansko, next to the hotel complex. The total length of the marked ski tracks is 65 km.

A train links Sofia to Razlog, 10 kilometres from Bansko. From here you can book a car to pick you up or take a taxi.
If you are coming by car from Sofia, take the E79 in the direction of Kulala and head for Bansko.
