Short description : The Hotel Berner is a small, personally run hotel with lots of Austrian charm in Zell am See, close to Lake Zell and surrounded by a beautiful mountain panorama.
Many international return guests love our quiet but central location right at the ski slope in winter and the hiking trails in summer. The pedestrian zone of Zell am See and the lake are only a 5-minute walk away. All our rooms have balconies offering great views of the surrounding mountains. An outdoor swimming pool with 30 °C, a sauna and a steam bath complete your holiday experience.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
