Short description : Completely renovated in 2002, RomAntica is a cosy little hotel set in the centre of Rome between the famous Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and central railway station Termini.
The area in which the hotel is immersed is the most central in the Eternal City, conveniently served by a myriad of bus, tram and metro lines. Even a pleasant walk on a sunny day will quickly lead you to discover the many unforgettable attractions found in the historic centre of Rome. For example, you may reach the world renowned Colosseum and Roman Forum complex in only 20 minutes on foot.
The rooms of RomAntica Hotel are tastefully fitted with cherry-wood furniture and decorated with prints reproducing ancient Roman art. Rooms are equipped with comprehensive modern amenities.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation policy
9. Pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I hereby acknowledge and approve the clauses of paragraphs 8, 9, 12 and 13 hereof.
10. At the moment of client reservation, the HOTEL agrees to reserve the services requested for the dates requested (as documented by the HOTEL'S immediate confirmation by e-mail or fax).
11. The client has the right to cancel his or her reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of hotel arrival at no expense.
12. If notice of cancellation is communicated after 1 or 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the client will be required must pay 100% of the entire price foreseen for the first day of stay.
Clients who fail to arrive and do not communicate notice of cancellation by fax, e-mail or telephone must pay 100% of the entire price foreseen for the entire period of stay foreseen.
Clients who arrive but do not wish to stay at the hotel must pay 100% of the entire price foreseen for the entire period of stay foreseen.
13. All sums due on grounds of client default will be billed using the credit card provided by the client at the moment of reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: No internet access available.
Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
