Room Information : Please choose between studios (starting at 39 m²), one-bedroom apartments (Executive, Deluxe and Premier Apartments), 2-bedroom apartments (Diplomatic Suites) and our 3-bedroom apartment (Residential Suite).
Region Information : MyPlace is located in the ninth district of Vienna, which is just at the border to the first district (city centre). The subway stop "Rossauer Lände" is just in front of the building. You can walk downtown within 15 minutes, or simply use the underground in front of your door for 2 stops. The ninth district is well known for its "Soho" atmosphere, with all its restaurants and bars. Also the famous French School (Lycée) is in walking distance.

Important Information : Superior Studios are suitable for 2 people at most; there is no space for an extra bed.
All other apartments can be furnished with an extra bed on request.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
