All Rentingflats apartments are fully-equipped and will guarantee you a comfortable stay. They have been tastefully decorated and furnished and are ideal for those who prefer the intimacy and independence of apartment accommodation.
Although located in different points of the city, the apartments are always only a maximum of 10-15 minutes from city centre and enjoy excellent transport connections, so you need not worry about getting around this fantastic city.
Important Information : As our apartments are in different locations, we do not have a 24-hour reception desk. Once you make a reservation, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm your arrival time and arrange for a member of personnel to meet you at the apartment.
Please note that check in time is after 15:00. If you check in later than 21:00 however, an extra fee of EUR 15 will be charged.
Payment Information:
Upon arrival a EUR 200 cash deposit is required to cover any possible damages occurred on the apartment and will be refunded on departure. An additional EUR 40 cleaning charge is also required, also a cash deposit.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
