Hotel Information : The apartments offer a range of services, including a weekly linen change, a change of towels every 2 days and a service clean every other day for stays of one week or more. A grocery shopping service is available at an additional charge and all apartments include a welcome pack on arrival, which contains tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and breakfast cereal.
Room Information : These stylish and contemporary one-bedroom and 2-bedroom luxury apartments are beautifully appointed and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Broadband internet access is available on request. The apartments have no meal services.
Region Information : The tourist attractions such the awarding winning Albert Dock with the Tate Gallery, Beatles Story and Maritime Museum are within 10 minutes walking distance.
There are a number of bars and restaurants 5 minutes away.
The end of May 2008 sees the opening of the Liverpool One area with it's designer shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and park all within easy walking distance.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00.
Duty Manager on call 24 hrs.

Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking.
Please note we do not accept single sex parties ie. stag or hen parties
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation up to 7 days before the daye of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days or no show the total price is charged and is non - refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Baby cots are on request and need to be arranged with Merchant Quarters prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 7.50 per day.
