Cancelation Policy : 5. New Look Homes Benatalaya is authorised to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the reservation assistant immediately upon arrival.
6. Upon arriving at New Look Homes Benatalaya, guests who are already being accommodated are obliged to prove their identity to reservation assistant if requested to do so.
7.New Look Homes Benatalaya may offer a guest accommodation other than that which has been arranged, if it does not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed booking.
8. On the basis of a confirmed booking New Look Homes Benatalaya is obliged to accommodate a guest from 12.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. and it is obliged to reserve the apartment for the guest up to this time unless the booking stipulates otherwise.
9. New Look Homes Benatalaya may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different apartment to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 16 years of age without adult supervision in the apartments or other areas on the premises.
Room Information : The apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms and are distributed over 3 blocks; divided between the ground, first and attic floors. All boast plenty of natural light and at the same time the tranquillity of the interior of the building. Each room has an en suite bathroom, assuring complete independence and privacy. The lounge and the main bedroom open out onto the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture.

The hotel has been designed with the interior décor in mind. Each room is exterior facing and creates harmony with the surrounding landscape.
