Travel Information : From Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino, take the Leonardo Express train service to central train station Termini. From Termini you can take a taxi. Alternatively, take the metro (line A, the red line) towards Battistini and get off at the 3rd stop (Spagna).
From Ciampino Airport, you can take a taxi directly or take the shuttle bus service to metro stop Anagnina. From Anagnina, take the metro (line A, the red line) towards Battistini and get off at metro stop Spagna.
Via Borgognona is parallel to Via dei Condotti, 100 metres from metro stop Spagna and the Spanish Steps.
If you are driving, recommended parking lots are Parking Ludovisi on Via Ludovisi, near Via Veneto, and Parking Villa Borghese on Viale del Muro Torto.

Each of the rooms in the B&B is unique in concept and design, and elegantly decorated with fine materials. Rooms feature marble bathrooms and high tech amenities such as hydromassage showers, plasma TV sets and electronic safe boxes.

• Rooms are guaranteed for check-in by 2 pm; checkout time is 10:30 am. We cannot offer an early check-in unless you reserve the night prior to your arrival.

• Reservation procedure: We require your credit card details in writing at the time of booking. Once you provide this information, a non-refundable deposit will be charged. The deposit will be a minimum of one night, and will depend on the length of stay.
• CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
o If you cancel with more than 15 days' notice, there will be no cancellation charge (other than the non-refundable deposit already paid).
o If you cancel with 15 or fewer days' notice, the cost of the original reservation will be assessed.
o If you shorten your reservation up to 15 days prior to your arrival date, including during your stay, or have fewer guests than originally booked, the cost of the original reservation will be assessed.
o ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.
