Room Information : These duplex apartments have a lounge living room, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. One of the rooms is a double (with a double bed or 2 singles) and the other is a single. The lounge also has a sofa bed for the use of two people. The maximum occupancy of the apartments is 5 people.
Region Information : Strategically situated so you can quickly exit the city by road, the apartments are also only 50 metres from the metro station Valdeacedaras (line 1).

You can get to the Paseo de la Castellana and Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu stadium easily from here. It is well connected to the city transport network, so you can escape to the surrounding countryside. The nearest metro stop is only 50 metres away.
Important Information : The reception is not open 24 hours. It is imperative that you contact the apartments by telephone prior to you arrival to arrange the delivery of keys to the apartment address.
The remaining reservation amount must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
A deposit of EUR 150 is also required upon arrival to act as security against any possible damage of the apartment during your stay.
Opening hours are from 15:00 to 22:00.
If you are due to arrive early we recommend that you inform us at your earliest convenience.
In the event that you arrive outside opening hours, you will be charged the following supplement:
From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 20
From 00:00 to 7:00: EUR 50
From 7:00 to 8:00: EUR 20
Departure:
You must inform us of your departure time and arrange the return of keys with the establishment. You deposit will be returned upon your departure provided the apartments have not sustained damage during your stay.
The latest time that you can leave the apartments is 12:00. If needed, you can store your luggage free of charge with us.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
