Short description : We are select privately owned Hotel. We offer our guests quality accommadation in comfortable surroundings. In our comfortable Dinning Room, we offer individual tables, we serve excellent home-cooked food with a choice of menus. We have a well stocked bar with live entertainment on some evenings. You can be assured all of our guests will be welcomed with a smile and friendly attention at all times.
Hotel Information : We are located just off the sea front and close to Uncle Tom's Cabin pub.

Faxes can be sent and received at reception. Wireless internet is available free of charge, 24 hours a day. The network is high-speed broadband.
The hotel is fully-equipped with fire prevention devices.
Important Information : We do not accept stag and hen parties as a large group. We will only accept 4 as a group of the same sex.
The hotel maintains a relaxed, friendly and informal atmosphere. We cater for families, couples and OAPs. A casual but smart attire is expected at all times in the hotel.

Travel Information : By Car:
- Take the M55 and follow signs for North Shore.
- Holmfield Road is behind the Castle Casino and Uncle Tom's Cabin on Queen's Promenade.
Parking:
Oban House has a car park for a couple of vehicles. There is also plenty of on-street parking with no restrictions.
By Public Transport:
If you travel to Blackpool by train, plane or coach and need transport to the hotel, Oban House offers a courtesy coach service. Please contact the hotel direct for further details, using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation email.
Region Information : Oban House offers a courtesy coach which operates most days to Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Blackpool centre and St. Annes. The Pleasure Beach is approximately 3.2 km (2 miles) south of the town centre. The Sandcastle is located opposite the Pleasure Beach on South Shore.
Also in Blackpool you will find the famous Blackpool Tower, with Mook's Circus Show. Nearby is the Sea Life Centre, along with Madame Tussads, where you will see lots of famous faces. There are plenty of great shows to see on the North Pier, as well as in the Winter Gardens and the Grand Theatre.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 1.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
