Hotel Information : A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as ironing facilities are offered in the laundry; ironing in the apartments is restricted by the fire department.
Food & Beverages : Hietzing (13th district) has many well-known restaurants and coffee houses. Have lunch at the Brandauer Schlossbräu, which is located right in the old center of Hitzing, or enjoy dinner at the restaurant Reigen, which is located right opposite the underground stop U4 Hietzing.
Region Information : Hietzing (13th district) was home to many famous and important people, such as Johann Strauss, Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele. It also offers a lot of sights: Schönbrunn Palace (the former summer residence of the Imperial Family and UNESCO World Heritage site); the Lainzer Zoo; and buildings designed by Otto Wagner and Adolf Loos.
It is only a short walk to “Maxingstraße 18”, where Johann Strauss once lived. It was in this house that he composed many of his famous works, for example the “Fledermaus”.
Not far away, you can see the church of Maria Hietzing, which is certainly worth a visit. One of the oldest streets in Hietzing is Altgasse, well-known for its many antique and handicraft shops.

- The motorway ends at Auhof; continue along the B1 Wiener Bundesstrasse.
- Turn right at Am-Hans-Moser-Park.
- Continue along Eduard-Klein-Gasse.
- Continue along Hietzinger Hauptstrasse.
- Turn right onto Lainzer Straße.
- Continue along Preyergasse.
- Continue along Hofwiesengasse.
From the A2 Südautobahn:
- Head towards Vösendorf.
- Exit towards Wiental/Altmannsdorf/Hetzendorf.
- Continue along the B224 Altmannsdorfer Strasse.
- Turn left onto the B12 Breitenfurter Strasse.
- Turn right onto Hetzendorfer Strasse.
- Take Feldkellergasse.
- Turn right onto Hofwiesengasse.
From the A4 Ost-Autobahn:
- Continue along the A23, towards Italien/Slowenien/Deutschland.

- Take the Slovak Lines bus in the direction of Vienna.

For your relaxation, the residence provides a roof-top terrace, complete with deck chairs. When the weather is a little cooler, you can unwind with a drink in the lobby, or check the info-point for useful tourist tips and city maps.
Important Information : There is no reception (front desk) in the Quartier24, but a multi-lingual check-in terminal appearing like a cashpoint. This terminal in the foyer multi-tasks the check-in, issues the key cards and demands payments with American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa
