Room Information : The modern rooms were newly furnished in summer 2007. In addition to the listed facilities, all rooms are equipped with a smoke alarm, a 2-hob cooker and kitchen towels.
Food & Beverages : For an additional fee, your apartment can be stocked with milk, butter, cheese, sausage, egg, marmalade, chocolate hazelnut spread, coffee, 2 fresh rolls and wholegrain bread.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
