Originally built in 1868, Ashgrove House Hotel has recently been refurbished to offer all modern comforts within a traditional Victorian villa. Ideally set on the A8, which serves Edinburgh city centre from the west, the hotel occupies a superb central location, within a 10-minute walk of the world-famous Princes Street.
The hotel also provides easy access to other Scottish cities via excellent transport links. It is on the bus route to Edinburgh Airport (Airlink Bus); 5-minutes away from Waverley Train Station; and within a 3-minute walk of Haymarket Station.
Important Information : Please note: there is sometimes a minimum stay of 2 nights at the weekend and a minimum stay of 3 nights during the August International Festival and New Year's Eve.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
