Room Information : The luxurious rooms and suites, many with balconies or terraces, have been recently restored with the finest fabrics, gilt mirrors, carved stucco ceilings and Murano glass chandeliers. Located on the top floors of the historic palace guests have the option of staying in one of Bauer Il Palazzo’s re-designed rooms offering a bright and open atmosphere, some with plush button-tufted couches and chairs others with a more contemporary-styled décor, pitched-ceilings and natural finished wooden beams.
Food & Beverages : The hotel’s gourmet restaurant, De Pisis, with its terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, is much more than a hotel restaurant: it is a destination for people of discerning taste and palate. The inside room, decorated in Venetian style, recreates the charming and intimate atmosphere of past times, surrounded by a pleasant air of kindness and competence. Travel Information : From Piazzale Roma (car parking garage) or Santa Lucia railway station to the hotel:
•Public boat (1 or 2) to the San Marco stop: about 40 minutes by line 1 and 25 minutes by line 2. From the San Marco/Vallaresso stop to the hotel, guests have to walk (less than five minutes) straight on to the end of Calle Vallaresso then turn left into Campo San Moisè
•Water taxi: about 15 to 20 minutes directly to the hotel dock
From Santa Lucia railway station to the hotel:
•Water taxis are available from the waterfront immediately outside the railway station directly to the hotel dock: about 15 minutes
•Take vaporetto line 1 to San Marco Vallaresso: about 45 minutes, or line 2
From Venice Marco Polo Airport:
•Water taxi directly to the hotel dock: about 40 minutes
•From the Airport water dock you can take the official transportation boat, Alilaguna, to San Marco: about 1 hour 15 minutes

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first two nights will be charged.
