Hotel Information : The Spa and Wellness “Acquaplaya” is an urban spa with Turkish bath, thermal swimming pool, sauna, cold water pool, jacuzzi, ice cave, Indo-Roman bath, relaxation area and fruit bath.
There are also numerous facial and body treatments and massages on offer, exfoliations, mud therapy and algae therapy.
Opening hours: 10:00 to 22:00 hours.
The treatment area is closed on Sundays.
The swimming pool area remains closed on Mondays.
Room Information : Rooms have been carefully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. They are completely soundproofed, have flexible reading lamps, TV with more than 30 channels, free Wi-Fi internet connection, cafeteria in the room and bed with quilt.
Rooms for non-smokers are also available.
Food & Beverages : The restaurant has a menu with a large variety of national and international products.
Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:30 from Monday to Friday and 7:00 to 11:00 at the weekends and holidays.
If you are leaving before 7 in the morning, from 5:30 onwards you have the option to organise a “first coffee” service (you must arrange this service in advance with reception).
Lunch is served between 13:30 and 16:00 and dinner from 20:00 to 23:00.
The café bar is situated in the hotel hallway and is open from 8:00 until 00:00 (1:00 at the weekend).

Important Information : Important information when using the Spa:
The opening hours of the centre are 10:00 to 22:00 hours, except Sunday (treatment area closed) and Mondays (swimming pools closed).
Adult admission: EUR 18 per person.
Under 18’s are not allowed use of the swimming pool, except after 10:00, when they can enter for EUR 9, accompanied by parents.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
