Hotel Information : Bed and bathroom linen can be provided in the apartment at an additional cost: bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase whereas bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets. Short description : Near the "Artises" district and the Promenade des Anglais(800m), the residence is an old hotel from 1930 complitly renoveted. The air- conditioned apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the duplex apartment for 4 pers, are all fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, Internet access, free television with international channels. A breakfast room, fitness centre and a fee-paying launderette are at your disposal.

A deposit of EUR 300 per apartment must be paid on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.
