Short description : These apartments are located in the traditional district of Altstadt Spandau and are housed within a beautifully restored building dating back to 1876.

Weekly markets, cafés and restaurants characterise the area, while the apartment house itself combines modern comfort with the special flair of the 19th century.

Room Information : Our lovingly decorated apartments combine modern amenities with the charm of days gone by. They comprise cosy living room and bedroom areas, an attractive bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing you with everything you need for an independent self-catering break.
Apartments are cleaned daily while bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.
Important Information : A final cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay. This amounts to EUR 35 for a 2-room apartment and EUR 27 for a 1-room apartment.
Please note that an additional EUR 25 per apartment is charged if you arrive later than 20:00. Late check-out (after 12:00) is possible for an additional fee of EUR 25 per apartment.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
