Short description : These are modern and comfortable apartments situated in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, only a few metres from the Ramblas and sites such as the Born, Plaça Catalunya and Port Vell.
The apartments have been completely refurbished in this 19th century building and are equipped with all home comforts to make your stay a pleasant one. They can hold up to 6 people and will afford guests a high level of independence.
Near the metro stop Liceu, opposite the Theatre, the hotel is well-positioned and connected to buses and taxi stops, affording you easy mobility around the city.
Important Information : Cleaning service is not included: EUR 50 per apartment and stay.
Bed linen, duvets and towels are included in the price.
You are required to pay a security deposit upon arrival: EUR 300 per apartment that will be returned on departure and when the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
