Room Information : The Residence is made up of 9 comfortable apartments. All the apartments are luxuriously furnish and offer each guest a warm welcome. There are six two bed apartments composed from one double room with king size bed and a living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining area. There are an additional three apartments composed from one double room with king size bed, a living room with queen and single sofa bed, bathroom and full kitchen.
We also offer a luxurious penthouse with a terrace, a selection of Italian liqueurs, together with a variety of books that tell the secrets of Rome. The Penthouse consists of a master-bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area.

For those who love nature Monteverde has Villa Doria Pamphili which is one of the parks larger than Rome. Here you are able to partake in jogging and cycling and other various sport activities or simply take a walk.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
