La Maltese is located at the highest point of the Caldera, 250 metres above the sea on the top of the traditional village of Imerovigli, with spectacular views of the village, the cliff, the volcano, the famous sunset and the Caldera rim. At La Maltese you can escape to a world of luxurious relaxation. Enjoy an exotic cocktail on the large veranda or float in the pool under the pavilion. Full breakfast is served at the time and place of your preference either at the lounge area, at the veranda or in the suite by dialing the room service number. A great variety of items are on our à la carte menu.
Lounge Menu - Light Fare:
Our Lounge menu is available every day from noon until late in the evening. Our menu is a selection of international delicacies and gourmet treats appropriate for any time of the day. We serve this menu everywhere in the property.
La Maltese Restaurant:
At this small à la carte gourmet restaurant you can have a romantic candlelit dinner on an open-air veranda with spectacular views. Taste our chef's culinary proposals of Mediterranean cuisine based on the seasonal products of the sea and land of Santorini.
Wine tasting:
At sunset, guests can participate in a ceremonial wine tasting and experience a selection of famous Santorinian wines.
Lounge bar:
Next to the swimming pool you may enjoy the nicest drinks, cocktails and a great selection of champagnes and champagne cocktails.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
