Minibrewery
Get know the original beer production of our home-made beer. Our brewery is showing and preserving the tradition of brewing beer in Bohemia. You can see and meet the original and inactive technological parts of brewery such as cooling, open fermentation vats, wooden barrels an manual bottling to bottles with patent closure.
Nowadays, you can taste our home-made beer: OLDGOTT, X-BEER 33 („Never drink alone“) or PLUM´S SPECIAL BEER.
Restaurant " U medvídkù".
The history of the restaurant dates back to 1466. Several generations of Czech people and also a lot of foreigners are visiting this restaurant for ist very good Czech cuisine and for famous Czech beer - Budweiser. Open daily from 11:30 to 23:00 o´clock.
Budvar Bar
The original interior, offer more than 10 kinds of czech beer and…of course offer of beer specialties and traditional dishes of the Czech cuisine. The bar is open from 16.00 till 3.00.
Garden
Grills + specialties of national cuisine with a canvas folding roof, heated with portable gas heaters. The Brewery Garden can also be used for the catering for tourist groups (open daily from 28th April until 3rd October).
Open daily from 11:30 to 23:00 O´Clock.
Short description : The brewery hotel is exceptional thanks to its preserved gothic rafters and renaissance painted ceilings. It is situated directly in the historical center of the city, most of the sightseeings (e.g. Charles bridge, the Old town square) are within easy reach (ca. 5 minutes).
The hotel restaurant is one of the oldest in Prague, / A.D. 1466 / and it is one of the famous pub restaurant with typical Czech cuisine, and Budvar beer bar. There is also a cabaret hall, beer souvenir shop and minibrewery - brewing the strongest beer of the world and offering tours for visitors.
A free tasting/degustation of our home-made beer for all our hotel guests.
Hotel Information : The 3* Brewery hotel – U Medvidku (At the little bears) is located right in the centre of Prague, in the heart of „Old town“ with all the cultural and historical monuments of Prague and the Czech history at the door step.
Visit one of the nearby theaters - the National Theatre, the Laterna Magica, the Black Theatre .
On request we can arrange airport transfer to Ruzyne Airport at your arrival and departure . Rates for one way are 600,-CZK/one car max. 4 pers.; 1.000,- CZK/one car 5 – 8 pers.
The attic´s rooms are with air-condition.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
