Hotel Information : One of the advantages of our house is the location very near the centre of Vienna. The central location and excellent public transport connections (underground, bus, CAT) mean that you can quickly and easily reach any destination in the city and the surrounding area. Although our appropriately and generously furnished studios, 1-bedroom apartments and family apartments, some of them with roof terrace, are very central located they are overlooking a little garden and are situated absolutely quite.
Short description : In our lovingly restored Apartment house of the 19th century you can choose between 33 Apartments from 31 m² to 76 m². All apartments are completely furnished consisting of living room, bedroom and a modern kitchen with all kitchen-utensils and facilities. The modern infrastructure like electronic key cards, highspeed internet and a laundry make our offer perfect. Apartments are rent from 1 week up to 6 months. Depending on the length of your stay and the requested services we can offer you very attractive quotations.

By car from A1 (Salzburg / Linz):
Extension Wientalstraße (B1) ca. 9 km Hackinger Kai, Schönbrunner Schlossstrasse, Rechte Wienzeile till Karslplatz, forward to Lothringerstraße, turn right into Johannesgasse, follow Heumarkt, Ungargasse and at Invalidenstraße turn right into Landstraßer Hauptstraße. Follow this street till you see a big watch on the left and there you turn left into the Apostelgasse.
By car from A2 (Klagenfurt / Graz)
At extension Landstraße turn right into direction: Gürtel, Landstraßer Hauptstraße, South train station.
Go on for 1,12 km turn right on B221 in direction Landstraßer Hauptstraße
Go on for 647 m and turn left into Landstraßer Haupstraße.
Go on for 804 m and turn right into Apostelgasse.
Room Information : Our apartments offer comfortable living, which will satisfy your need and demands whether you will live with us for one week or some months. All apartments have completely fitted kitchen, are furnished with period furniture, all are equipped with bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can choose between single-studios, 1-bedroom apartments and family apartments.

Region Information : We are located near the very popular shopping street „Landstrasser Hauptstrasse“ with shopping centres, supermarkets, boutiques, typical Viennese coffee shops and little restaurants. The 3rd district of Vienna is one of the best living areas of Vienna. Many embassies are located here. In only 5 minutes walk you reach the underground no. 3 which take you in 4 minutes to the very centre of Vienna “Stephansplatz” and within 25 minutes you can be at the airport Vienna-Schwechat.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 4 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: 45 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
