Short description : We are a family enterprise renting apartments in Vienna's second district, only a few minutes' walk away from the centre of the city and its many sights.
Our two-floor apartments are equipped with all conveniences, including a kitchenette with refrigerator, and are cleaned daily. New: free wireless internet connection for our notebook in all apartments.
Food & Beverages : Breakfast not included in the apartment price. If you wish to have breakfast, please order it one day in advance (EUR 5 per person).
Important Information : Parking:
There is an underground car park at Karmelitermarkt, only a 2-minute walk away. There you can park at a special rate of EUR 11 for 24 hours. Within these 24 hours, you can enter and leave as many times as you like. The special parking cards can be obtained in our office.
You will receive the keys for your apartment at our office around the corner (Nickelgasse 1, 1020 Vienna).
Please inform the office about your anticipated arrival time after you have made your booking.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 5 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person.
Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 11.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
