Room Information : Our guest rooms are elegant and welcoming. Lovingly restored items of furniture dating back to the time of the building's construction create a distinctive character.
Hotel Information : In 1903 the MutterHaus (or "motherhouse") was used as a centre for Kaiserswerth's deaconesses. Following extensive renovation work it today offers 55 guest rooms and 7 conference rooms.
It not only provides accommodation for meeting guests and holidaymakers, but also acts as a venue for training sessions and conferences, and as a place for spirituality and meditation.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
