It is situated in the heart of Blackpool and offer modern and spotlessly clean amenities in this recently renovated hotel. Guests can expect a relaxing, informal atmosphere at The New Osterley, with comfortably appointed rooms.
Room Information : All rooms are en suite and are equipped with standard facilities including a colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Towels are provided, ironing boards are available. Four-poster beds are available on request (subject to availability).
Important Information : Parking spaces can be reserved for disabled guests only; otherwise, it is first-come, first-served.
Food & Beverages : Continental and full English breakfast is included in the room rate. A home cooked, wholesome 4-course evening meal is available upon request. Vegetarians are catered for. The large bar sells the majority of beers, spirits and whiskeys.

It has a large licensed bar where you can play pool and table football. There is a recently renovated dining room where this family-run hotel offers wholesome home cooked food. The hotel offers special discounts to pensioners and there is a lift to all floors. Conference delegates, dance competitors and coach parties are all welcome. There is free on-site parking available (first come, first served).
Due to its central location it is an ideal place to stay at any time of the year, the perfect place to relax after a hectic day in the ‘fun capital of Europe’.
Region Information : Amenities such as Blackpool Tower, Golden Mile, the promenade, and the Central and North Piers are all just a short walk away from the hotel. The many remaining amenities being within easy reach of the hotel by tram.
The trams, railway station and Talbot Road bus station are close by. Taxis are available from the hotel. You can find the hotel directly behind the Winter Gardens, which is in the centre of town.
Travel Information : By Car (from the M55):
- Leave the M55 at junction 4 (there is a gantry across the motorway at this point) onto the A583 towards Blackpool.
- Drive past the windmill and the McDonald’s drive-in.
- At the 4th set of traffic lights since you left the A583, keep going straight ahead.
- You should now be on the B5390 (Park Road).
- Go all the way along Park Road bearing left at the traffic lights at the end.
- Continue through the next set of lights taking the next left at the Blue Room pub onto South King Street.
- Take a right turn onto Adelaide Street where you will find the hotel.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
