Short description : Sited in the old part of Sevilla, on a quiet street, at only 500 meters from Santa Justa Railway Station and 10 minutes walking from the city commercial and historical centre, the hotel has been designed as a modern building in minimalism style. Inaugurated in 2002, with new technologies applied to the defense of environment, solar power panels, it has 28 double-rooms, buffet breakfast, Internet access.

Region Information : The Hotel is situated in a tranquil street in Seville, in the old quarter of the city where most of the monuments are located. It boasts a privileged situation near of Plaza de la Encarnación. Just 10 minutes walking from the shopping area and historical centre.
Besides it has very good connexions with buses in the city. Just 500m from Santa Justa Railway Station (AVE trains) and in close proximity of the ring exit towards San Pablo International Airport.

Travel Information : By Air:
The hotel is approximately 8 km from Seville’s San Pablo airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. Alternatively, the hotel operates a shuttle service with a Mercedes Benz car at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel once you have made your reservation for details, prices and the timetable.
By Bus:
There are regular bus services from the airport to the city, with departures every 30 minutes. The hotel has good connections with many buses running regularly to the hotel from the city centre. The hotel is also located just 100 metres away from one of the city’s major cycle paths surrounding the city.
By Car (from the A4):
- Once you arrive in Seville, follow the signs towards the city centre.
- At the roundabout, (this roundabout indicates the end of the A4 motorway) you will see the Santa Justa train station on the right. Turn right towards Avenida José Laguillo.
- Cross over the railway tracks and continue straight on for about 500 metres until you reach the end of the Avenida José Laguillo.
- At the end of Avenida José Laguillo, turn right.
- The street goes towards the Ronda María Auxiliadora. Continue on for 300 metres and, at the first set of traffic lights, turn left towards Calle Santa Lucía.
-The hotel is located just 100 metres further on, opposite the church of Santa Lucía.
