This type of accommodation, as well as being a great value for money, gives you more freedom, flexibility and privacy, making it ideal for family or couple trips, and for business trips, enabling you to relax after a long day’s work.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Hotel Information : Our apartments are not located in the same building, so we don’t have 24 hours reception desk. Once you make a reservation, we will contact you via e-mail to know your arrival time to Barcelona and to arrange your arrival time to the apartment, where our staff will be waiting for you to make check-in.
Important Information : Please, note that check-in time is after 15:00 and that late check-in after 21:00 are charged with an extra fee of 30 euros.
