Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Hotel Information : The hotel features a solarium with hammocks and parasols as well as a huge garden area of 6.500 m² and a spa area.

We daily offer live music, professional shows, variety, games, dances and shows in the evening performed by our own entertainment team and, above all, many surprises.
Room Information : 301 apartments and studios with balcony, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, safe, music channels, kitchen and complete bathroom. We have 18 apartments available for disabled guests.
Region Information : The bay of Alcudia is the longest beach in the Balearic islands yet is 17 kms long. Located in northeastern Majorca where we find such well-known places as Ca’n Picafort, Platges de Muro and of course Alcudia. Going across the bay we discover stunning landscapes like Es Mal Pas, the hermitage of La Victoria, the Isle of Alcanada or the Nature reserve of S’Albufera. Doubtless, the best environment for a perfect holiday..
