Short description : Boasting a prime seafront position on Blackpool's New South Promenade, this hotel with extensive gardens is a short journey from Blackpool’s hustle and bustle.
With a restaurant and sun lounge, the hotel offer 42 en suite rooms, most of which are front-facing, and some of which have a balcony. Whilst on the quieter side of this bustling resort, the many varied attractions for which Blackpool is famous are only a short bus or tram ride away. The bus and tram stops are opposite the front door.
The Pleasure Beach, Waterworld and South Pier are a 5 minute walk away. You could use The Headlands as a base to visit Lytham St Annes, Cleveleys and the markets at Fleetwood, or explore the beautiful Rural Fylde Villages and the Lake District.
Room Information : All rooms are en-suite, with a colour TV and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have central heating and nearly all are double glazed. Baby listening and wake up calls are available at no extra charge. Balcony rooms are available but must be booked well in advance (check availability).

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The hotel has a well-deserved reputation for courteous, attentive service, varied cuisine (our evening dinner is 5-course) and an accompanying well-stocked cocktail bar. It is one of the few remaining hotels in Blackpool to continually achieve a coveted 2-star AA rating.
Travel Information : By Car:
- At junction 32 leave the M6 motorway onto the M55 heading to Blackpool.
- At the end of the M55 bear left and follow the signs for the Airport (Squires Gate Lane)
- Continue past the airport over the bridge to the seafront.
- At the traffic lights, turn right onto the promenade. The hotel is 600 m along on the right-hand side, just past the Glitter Ball.
The hotel would appreciate an estimated time of arrival.
Region Information : The Headlands is situated on Blackpool's New South Promenade, opposite the Solaris Centre and its extensive gardens. It is a few minutes' walk to the Pleasure Beach, Waterworld and South Pier.
Hotel Information : A 5-course evening meal is available to all guests for GBP 10 per person.
