Room Information : All apartments are equipped with a 28-inch TV (with DVD player and Freeview channels), iPod/MP3 docking station and ironing facilities.
Your apartment will be furnished with a dining table, chairs, sofas and coffee table.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, washing machine and spin dryer. Some also have dish-washers.
The bathroom is supplied with shower gel, soap, shampoo, bath mats and towels.
Clean linen is provided daily and there is a weekly maid service.

Hotel Information : There is a choice of either a studio or 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all available at different locations in the city centre.
Townsend Way is home to many of the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, whilst 32 George Street offers a studio and 1-bedroom apartments. There are 2-bedroom apartments available at Newhall Court, with 3-bedroom apartments also located on Branston Street.
Food & Beverages : Complimentary tea/coffee is available, whilst coke and bottled water can both be provided at an additional cost.
These are self-catering apartments and therefore breakfast cannot be provided.
Region Information : All of our apartments are located in or very close to the city centre, all within 800 metres (half a mile) of Birmingham New Street Station.
The apartments at Townsend Way are just a 2-minute walk from the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and 5-minutes from the ICC (International Convention Centre).
Both the NEC and Birmingham International Airport are 20 minutes away by car or train. London can be reached with either a 2-hour drive or a 90-minute train journey. Manchester is just a 90-minute drive away.
Please note the map shows the location of the Townsend Way apartments. George Street apartments are a 5-minute walk away and Branston Street is a 10-15 minute walk from here.
Important Information : You need to call one hour before arrival (on the phone number provided on your confirmation email) so we can arrange to meet and greet you. A GBP 250 security deposit is authorised on your card to cover any loss or damage to the apartment.
Please note the map location shown is of the Townsend Way apartments. Your accommodation may not necessarily be here. You could be allocated an apartment on either George Street (a 5-minute walk away) or Branston Street (a 10 or 15-minute walk away). You will be contacted after making your reservation with details of you allocated property.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
